Engineering Design & Project Construction Management at Kellogg’s
I have worked in the industry for over 50 years, mainly industrial plants, primarily food processing plants. Working as a Mechanical Contractor and Construction Manager gives you a firsthand view of how a project is put together.
I have worked with many engineers and engineering firms. Millennium Mechanical has the expertise to solve your problems and has the insight to increase your operations capabilities. I have worked with Myles McCarron for over 25 years. He can take a project from start to finish. Give him the concept and he will design, permit, align the bid packages anf get the contractor’s best suited for the project and do the construction management from start to finish. He will have your projects completed on time.
I have worked with Myles in many capacities. I have worked with him as a contractor fabricating and installing equipment under his direction. We worked well together. He was always there to solve a problem that might have arisen without delay. He would listen to my thoughts on ways to improve the project. We have had many successful projects over the years. I have always enjoyed working with him.
At the Eggo Facility he was the primary leader in the $25 M transformation of the hygienic Improvements. He transformed an old freezer to meet the new standards required by the industry. This transformation was a fast track project designed and completed in record time. He put together a premix project that brings the plant to state of the art processing. He was also involved with the design of a stacker project that was critical to improving plant operation. Myles also redesigned the underground waste water system that required careful planning to install with sanitary conditions while the plant was processing. This was one of his prize accomplishments at the facility. He alos upgraded the Ammonia system many safety improvements and energy savings.
Working with Myles at the San Leandro Facility Myles made upgrades to the Corn Dryer that greatly improved the function of the dryer. His knowledge of air flow, heat control and piping contributed to the success of these upgrades.
He also modified the design of the Rice Puffing Oven to make it function in an improved manner. Again his knowledge of air flow and heat control and the needs of the equipment to function at a certain level. On this unit he knew what improvements were needed and he found the solution.
Myles designed the dust collection system for the Coating Line that I fabricated and installed while I was at MMCO. This dust collection system was state of the art. Again he proved his knowledge of air flow. He also made improvements to the Pneumatic Conveying Upgrades at the San Leandro Facility. Myles was also involved with the All Bran Mill installation improvement project. This was a fast track project that was installed on time.
Millennium Mechanical has the knowledge, expertise and experience to take a project from start to finish with the best results.
